All change for next year though, I think. Plan is to only run the GPUs on challenges & on hard-to-find work such as GPUgrid and BURP. I'll buy more GPUs with the money I save on the lecyy bill

Will probably keep the CPUs busy speculating for a WCG Sprint until such time as that passes.

I just hope that FB continues in a similar vein

So February at PG is the Tour de Prime, where the object is to find Top 5000 primes. I've been shut out the last few years (and had some years where I never tried). It's been 9 years since my last T5K. Halfway through this years event I have this shiny new badge:

.. yup, not 1, not 2 .. 4 primes, one returned a mere 26 seconds before the double checker.

.. and a half a month to go.

My point production is crap but I am a happy man!

Woke up yesterday morning to find I had a 5th prime

You need to get your signature with badges setup! If you haven't already done so, go here and create an account. You just give it your CPID and setup the format, which is pretty simple, copy&paste the link to the sig and use that as the url for the image in your signature. Alez will eventually put on the web server and give you the new path to use. After that, he has kindly volunteered to keep them updated.

I got a million credits badge for Riesel Base - Short today, my 63rd sub-project to reach that milestone (it was my last remaining SRBase yellow badge, its now pink too). In the process my totals for SRBase went beyond 50 million, and I got a neon-green badge for that.
