It's not a laughing matter. I've heard it may take " up north " at least 5 years to recover !!! Rumours of a shortage of whippet food has already almost caused riots
The best form of help from above is a sniper on the rooftop....

This is the version of the same picture a friend sent me yesterday.
[For those unfamiliar with Edinburgh's suburbs, Wester Hailes is an ill-starred area thru which the scenic Union Canal runs but which otherwise has very little going for it.]

If it's the Union canal the boat is probably stranded on drowned shopping trolleys
