I didn't vote SNP myself but it would be churlish not to salute the awesome achievement of Eck & his party: To work within an electoral system pretty much intended to make a majority Scottish Goverment impossible and to end up with exactly that is something to be admired by anyone regardless of their political bias.
Interesting times indeed for our country. Sláinte! :occasion5:

Well we of course already do as part of the Coo logo. Whether BOINC, who I think are influenced by the CIA as to which nations are politically autonomous, will one day include the saltire in their list of flags, remains to be seen.PinkPenguin wrote:... does this mean we can fly the Scottish flag on BOINC ?
The SNP victory means not necessarily independance but merely a referendum on the question. And as AV fans have just found out referenda do not automatically result in the vox populi answering correctly.
A fair few of the folks voting SNP seem to have no appetite for independance but on the other hand some of us voting for unionist parties might vote yes just to see what happens!
