#1 Useful when winding down bunkers

I am finding DHEP very useful to keep all threads doing useful work when switching from one instance to another. Simply have enough DHEP WU ready to take over a thread when your other project is running out of work.
Previously, I tended to leave, say, 10-20% of the threads to wind down an instance but I think I like this technique better
