Delmarva Power in Delaware.  Actually my sister pays the power bill but she knows when MY consumption goes up, so does my rent.  Hey, its worth it.  I certainly can't take it with me when I pass on.  It is a little toastier in the room lately though.

Funny you should mention it but the Delmarva Power I mentioned earlier will start building a huge windfarm off the coast of Delaware sometime next year.  Not bad for a normally coal fired utility.  Slowly but surely, the people of the US are starting to understand the word renewable.
