I think it happened at 6am. From the charts at that point Seti was 38,938,702 but GPU had reached 38,44,096. I'll await ratification from Rowpie.

Ok so for clarity i was working of of the following 2 charts which btw are only worth checking for about the next 16 hours before they wont show it anymore.
