#1 ABC food
Try this too, post the name of food with an initial letter the same as the finishing letter on the previous post. You can add a few details if you want to.
I'll start you naturally enough with ...
Haggis
Oatmeal, onions, fat, spices and basically minced offal. Never made it myself but like to buy from local butcher shop

I think this is fool-proof but could you just try it for me please? • There are 10 types of people in the world; those who understand binary, and those who don’t

Watergruwel
Watergruwel or 'Krentjebrij' is a Groningen/north Drenthe name for a traditional soup or porridge-like dessert with juice of berries that is eaten either warm or cold. It is also known as watergruel or krintsjebrij in Friesland. While there is no exact English translation for the word Krentjebrij, it could be called Raisin Porridge, Berry Soup, Berry Gruel, or a literal translation could be "currants cooked to mush". A commercially available product called Bessola is made in the Netherlands.

Egg - did you know that a chef's toque blanc can have up to 100 pleats? One legend has it that any chef worthy of the name could cook an egg at least 100 different ways.
