I've got some bunkered here for you as well - wanted to see if there was a fight-back from Walter (there is but nothing we can't handle )
Will see how close he is going to get before dropping

@Miklos M He is gaining on you at approx 0.4M per hour so that should give him heart and keep him in the race. It is going to vary a bit with Pendings of course
Between ourselves, I have 2800 completed aged pps-sieve for you now so that should be just under 10M already. And still over 2 days to go

Can't see any way that we haven't won the team competition here. Sounds like it's just a case of settling individual positions now. Very well done guys.

Goes without saying. The whole point of this competition is to help @Granowski move within striking distance of taking overall team supremacy in Primegrid for FB. I think we are well on target for that goal.

Think we've won this one alright. The lead is presently 0.5Bn and both Gregg and Miklos scoring more than any other team

1100 seconds but not sure if 1 or 2 at the same time, probably two, maybe Steve can let us know since I am running his colab versions. Quicker if you chase me up through WhatsApp.

Whereabouts will make more sense to deploy the colab K80’s. My plan was to daily trigger them but I suppose PrimeGrid is covered.

Moo doesn't work well on Colab as you'll never get beyond cuda31
srbase doesn't work at all
amicable doesn't get enough system ram
gpugrid doesn't get enough run time
numberfields sucks on any GPU
mlc / asteroids / einstein / milkyway I'm not sure
So collatz or primegrid for the marathons I suppose

I wanted to try Collatz but I can’t restore my account….if anyone is looking for some hours I can run it under your account. We just need to share the weak key with Steve so we can send me 10 colab instances.

And do not forget Milkyway on Colabs it sure racks up the points. I did it on all my colabs for the Sprint.davidBAM wrote: ↑Mon Oct 18, 2021 6:31 pm Moo doesn't work well on Colab as you'll never get beyond cuda31

Can be as fast as 10 seconds and 2-3 at a time on one.

I think that needs a P100 though and you don't get them on free Colab any more. Do you even get them on Colab Pro.

Hmmm - wonder if we can make it to 750M, I'll say that again 0.75 Billion may be within grasp

If we don't make it, we will be very close. A superb effort and a big boost in the marathon. Personally, looks like I'll finish top 10

Just over 1 hour to go. Unless someone has some bunkers to drop now I think we are going to fall a little bit short at about 742M points. That shows just how much things have changed that we are falling just short of 0.75 Billion points after 7 days when the next closest team managed 170M. In fact, in this competition we managed more points than every other team added up.

I’ll stay with PrimeGrid since colab works and interacts much better than Collatz. Latter is painful…

What a terrific team effort.
Let us not forget that our Marathon Man turned in this impressive tally whilst sticking to (lower-paying) PrimeGrid apps which progress the work of his compatriot Wacław Sierpiński https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sierpi%C5%84ski_number
Well done Gregg & well done team.
