I voted no. There used to be maybe 2-3 team challenges per month. It wasn't too much work to keep up with those. Now, between CRUNCHERS SANS FRONTIERES and Gridcoin, they schedule 9-10 challenges each month and it's a fair amount of work to keep up with. If TSBT members aren't really interested in either participating or reading the threads, we don't see the point of spending time on it. But even if you rarely post or haven't even registered on the forum, if you want to see certain challenges posted and results given, let us know. We'll put it up there if others want to see it.

Well I'm convinced. Putting on the dictator hat and stating that I will not be posting anymore of their comps. If anyone is interested in a particular one then let me know and I will post or alternatively, post it yourself. I do note that option 4 was not a huge hit :o

Just wondering if there are on the website standalone projects dedicated to medical research, etc, like the ones you have at mersenneforum dedicated to math not available on boinc where you won’t have Gridcoin users monopolising the project and intimidating others.

I’ve always been apologist in supporting small projects where I could make a difference.

There are all the projects in BOINC that are not on the gridcoin whitelist, ie the ones where their ponzi scheme is pointless or the admin wouldn't bend over to their demands for https etc. I'll see if I can find that list. I will also get round to moving your project to a more prominent place in our forum, I just haven't had time and the current connection I am on, whilst bobbing around on the ocean, is shocking. About this time of night is the only time I have decent access but that does only leave 5 hours sleep.

NFS@Home didn’t receive any demands from Gridcoin and they are crunching like hell which is good. Right now project backlog is for post-processing stage, after boinc sieve, calculations done in the background on a cluster machine.
