I was going to say is that a double post ;)
I mean why would you have the same thing following on, just make it a two week competition if you want it for two weeks.....

7 days is the longest you can schedule a challenge for on BAM. Guess there's also a day between for bunkering

Anyone care to push this challenge? There's some badge upgrading that can be done.

Could give it a whirl if you wish. What projects currently have work ?

EXACT only. It closes to Wildlife. Some of them are long running WU ... like a day.

Several weeks ago they were paying very well but there was talk of lowering the credits.

EDIT: I just checked on the credit issue ... NOW is the time to bang it!! It is paying on the high side but Travis said he isn't going to change things until the challenge is over (this was supposed to be a 2 week challenge rather than 2 1 week events). Travis will be putting on new apps/WU after the challenge is over and he plans on "tweaking" the credits ... as in dropping them.

EDIT 2: GC kicked some serious butt on the last one and Boinc Austrailia did a pretty good job themselves.

Yeah, this is one you should start 2-3 days before because of the long time to complete WUs and the pendings. I started about 5 hours before the beginning and after 18 hours only 28% of what I've turned in has validated. It does appear that it is going to pay very very well :D

Think I started a few hours in. So far I think I have managed to return a single unit. At least I'm finally on the board.

We are starting to get a little traction. We've passed P3DN and we "might" be able to take down SG ... then again we "might" not

Well I'm in the top 100 at least. Servers set to run 100%, no idea if it will make much difference to team score, but ever little helps.

CSG is really paying well right now. It certainly is a good time for working on credit milestones!

I guess everyone defines "slightly" differently  In the last 8 hours we've out produced them by 611k so I'd say we are doing a pretty good job of giving them a run for their money! BA should overtake GC for the top spot unless GC ramps back up.

Speaking of overtaking, we also out gunned GC by 550k over that 8 hour period.

If things remain this way we might have a shot at 1st. It appears the top GC producer has pulled off and moved on which is helping!

My pendings have really slowed down but they're still climbing.

So the big question is: can 5 TSBT guys beat GC (52 cruncers) or BA (64 cruncers)? We're out numbered guys

One of my bigger rigs had been out of service more than in over the past day and half. It's up and running now so that should help.

I may have finally hit equilibrium on the pendings. They've dropped slightly over the past 4 hours. That's the 1st time I've seen them actually go down ... yipppeeee

I'm really liking the payout as well. I wonder how much he is going to reduce the credits after the challenge is over. Right now he is paying at the top for CPU projects.

We're leaving for Texas tomorrow and will be gone for a couple of months. The computers are on their own for a while. I hope they don't misbehave.

That was a fairly impressive challenge ... at least it was after we opened the can of whupass at the 24 hour mark  Well done everyone. I have another day before I hit 100k hours on EXACT and then I'm done with this project. :D

EDIT: we made it to south Texas this afternoon so the driving is done.
