There's two TN-Grid challenges:
The Borg has one from the 25th till 28th, while Seti.USA has one from the 30th till the 4th of February.
Try to kick them at both, or concentrate on the longer Seti.USA challenge?

I'm going run this one. Won't get a chance to bunker. I want to run the DD@H until this one starts.

I'll be on this. Not so fussed about the Borg version.

From the project admin valterc...
Starting from batch ID # 7460 (ecm-b3064-tsaD) workunits will be a little longer (50% longer than usual, 150 'blocks' instead of 100)

Use the SSE2 app on systems with CPUs earlier than Haswells. May even be best on those too.

And TSBT is in the lead! Quick somebody take a picture :)

And if you haven't updated your opti apps to the versions just released over past week, you are crunching up hill. These new apps will reduce the runtimes by 50% or better. The SSE2 app is the best over app. Only use the AVX2 if you have a Haswell processor that doesn't downclock much. Mine downclocks over 17% running AVX2 so it's worth running SSE2 which run wide open.

Stuck with the old opti apps just now I'm afraid. Will just have to soldier on.

It appears you could take an extended elapsed time exposure ... you guys are doing a pretty good job of leading the pack!

You do what you have to do Pete, no judgements here. Just glad to have your firepower along for the ride.

@Pete, Mumps has the engines at idle but they are warming up for a race later. If he cranks up for SUSA then we may need to see about holding off P3DN and keeping them in 3rd

Sabroe dropped his output way down ... maybe a bunker and maybe not. I was hoping P3DN would come out and play but at this point it doesn't look like they are so inclined :(

@Scole, isn't it time for you to drop your next bunker?

I no sooner move over to help TSBT and P3DN decides to make a challenge of it. I've gone back to SUSA.

No, it fizzled out. When I moved to TSBT about 1/2 an hour later Cygnus did 19k/hour and someone else did 15k during the same hour. So it appeared they were making a charge. Since then there has been no indication that they are going for it. Of course we all know that P3DN knows how to bunker .... Dunno!

It was Drug Discovery. I had around 12k completed WUs I was trying to upload starting about 1.5 hours before the end of the challenge. The server got hosed and I was stuck over half of them still on my systems.

Well I'm tempting fate again and hanging on to a bunker. I only did it in case it turned out to be close race between SUSA and P3DN! but it doesn't look like there will be any excitement. We'll finish ahead of the Borg. Won't be enough to pass the green team though :?

Well crud, I was going to move over when we hit a 1M lead but I looked at your output and GC's and figured it was a waste of time. Dang.

I'm only going to run it for about 12-15 more hours and then I'm moving elsewhere.
