I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but I've got an issue that I hope someone can help me with.
Is there a way to limit the number of wu's you crunch on a certain project. I already use app files to limit the number wu's of a certain sub project type but is it possible to limit a combination of different types. So on WCG for example if I allow a max of 2 wu's for fa@h and 2 for clean energy is there a way of saying you can crunch a max of 3 units on WCG total and would therefore do 2+1 or 1+2 depending on what type of wu's you can get from the server.
I hope that makes sense!

Put this in your app_config.xml...
<project_max_concurrent>3</project_max_concurrent>
Requires a version of Boinc released within the past year or so though.

I'm running BOINC 7.6.9 and have been for a while with no issues. I don't even shut down BOINC before running the upgrade.
You can get the latest version here .

Just thought I'd say that once I finally got around to trying this it did indeed work, thanks Scole, even on my ancient boinc versionscole250 wrote:Put this in your app_config.xml...
