If you can get any of the work, chess960 units only took about 12seconds on my PentiumD....
After that, erm, well, em. Spinhenge? At just under an hour a unit it's the next shortest I can think of.
There used to be a graphic in one of the threads that showed info like this, but I think it fell foul of the 'pruning' that was done when the forum got unmanageable.

Shortest wu time would be held by Pirates@home, ranging from 1 to 12 seconds. However pirate wu's are few and far between.
Milkyway did only do 4min wu's for a long time but have changed to longer wu's now with the occasional 4min ones appearing. Gerasim is another with short wu's around 10mins not sure if there is enough to go around though.

Prime Grid, if you run the TPS LLR subproject. They run for about 3 1/4 minutes constantly and pay 1.45 on a quad. The PSP Sieve subproject runs for about 10 minutes and the GCW Sieve units run for about 12 minutes. Don't run the GCW LLR or the Woodall LLR as they take days and pay below normal.
There are about 6 or 7 subprojects in Ibercivis and they run from seconds to about 15 minutes. The problem with this project is that they are very space limited and the server hangs often because they run out of disk space.
Sha-1 units run for about 30 minutes and pays a fixed 10.
That's about it.
